'Cause I think we should make Tanner Foust a scale measurement. "The new Porsche Macan is 1,7 Tanners high and about .2 Tanner shorter than the Cayenne"

That's what planted the seed! Just needs to be more common and acknowledged

1,7 tanners high
someone isn't from the US
furthermore, I fully support this. Perhaps we could figure out the size of Ruts head and use that for smaller things, such as wheels.

First we need to figure out exactly how tall he is...
![]() 05/14/2014 at 17:40 |

So the new Macan is over 11 1/2 feet tall?

That...
That.. may just be the most awesome picture on the entire interwebs!

So what is the correct grammer/spelling? I'm curious now.
I think Ruts head should actually be used for larger objects.

Thanks. I just realized I never posted that here.

Commas are for separating large numbers like 1,000 or 1,000,000
Decimals are for things smaller than 1 like 2.7 or 0.00005
So, 1,051.002 would be one-thousand fifty-one and 2 thousandths.

1.7
we use a period.
your correct for the larger objects, it would work much better. just need to figure out the size...

Right. Here (the Netherlands) it's the other way around.

Yeah.. Remember that time when we colonized America and New York was called New Amsterdam, New Netherland? ;) (I know.. we weren't the most creative with naming new places back then..)

Well.. You know.. Chinese labor was expensive back then. We had a couple of wars with those pesky English lads which you didn't seem to like not too long after.

I think the ruthead and teenytanner should be adopted. And for negatives we put ferraraskill before it.
So 1 ruthead 4 teenytanners. For a negative number: ferraraskill 1 ruthead 4 teenytanners.
All we know about infinite numbers, is they are called The Stig.
